Ever since I was young, I enjoyed cooking. I used to help my parents in the kitchen, and they were kind enough to teach me their techniques. During high school, I worked in a fast food restaurant and learned additional techniques about food preparation and service. I then decided to make this my career, I have experienced as a chef in 4 start hotel in Sri Lanka and Dubai more then 20 years, I have worked as a head chef Laya restaurant in St Leonard on sea And Royal Victoria hotel ,
